2. Go live at Broadwick Street’s purpose-built studios, West End

Ever wanted to sneak a peek behind the scenes of your favourite podcast, or do you need a space to record your own? Handily, our Broadwick Street workspace has its own purpose-built broadcast studios and is home to the legendary Soho Radio.

3. Soak up some culture at Tate Modern, South Bank

What’s not great about the Tate? Bankside’s vertiginous architectural icon – the OG Bankside Power Station designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and built between 1947 and 1963, before being overhauled into its current guise by Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron in 2000 – has a faultless collection of huge-name contemporary art (Picassos, Matisses, Martins, Duchamps, Pollocks, Regos etc ad infinitum) and, in its central Turbine Hall and ancillary tanks, some of the globe’s most imposing public gallery spaces. Plus, our Blue Fin Building workspace is located just across the road so you can be back at your desk in minutes with inspiration still fresh in your mind.

4. Exercise with a view on White Collar Factory’s rooftop

Runners, make a lunchtime beeline for the rooftop at White Collar Factory on Old Street Roundabout. Standing 16 storeys high, with panoramic views across east London, the rooftop features a running track with additional space to soak up some sunshine or exercise in the open air – depending on how your mood takes you.

5. Hit the lunch spots at Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross

Coal Office – partly designed by Tom Dixon – is one of London’s finest Levantine eateries. Ace eating abounds elsewhere too: from Barrafina’s textbook tapas (the oozing tortilla is unsurpassed), to superlative tacos at El Pastor, knockout sandwiches at Morty & Bob’s or an authentic Indian feast at Dishoom.

6. Race colleagues down the stairs at Tintagel House, South Bank

Tintagel House, former HQ of the Metropolitan Police, is one of our grandest buildings. It features a large digital timer at the top and bottom of the main stairs. Want an energy hit? Race your colleagues up and down – fastest gets a free lunch.

7. Get in the ring at Thomas House, Victoria

Had a busy week? Then get your gloves on and hop into the boxing ring for some destress time at Thomas House – the centrepiece of the on-site gym in this regency-style workspace in Victoria.

8. Do some sneaky window shopping from Parcels Building, West End

With a direct view into the Selfridges department store, Parcels Building is the ideal spot to do your window shopping. Or simply to pop out on a lunch break and get some real shopping done with all of Bond Street and Oxford Street’s finest stores just a short walk away.

9. Heat up in the sauna at Chancery House

Chancery House in Holborn, located in what used to be London’s silver vault HQ, features one of our newest and most spacious gyms on the Lower Ground floor, complete with your very own sauna. Book a slot through the Restore at Fora app and unwind after a hard day’s work.

10. Catch up with colleagues at 40 Maltby Street, London Bridge

Both an influential second-wave natural wine pioneer and a fantastic restaurant in its own right, this offshoot of importers Gergovie Wine (whose warehouse it sits in, and which stocks the shelves here) is a no-brainer for wine connoisseurs. An egalitarian ‘no reservations’ remit, minimal bottle markups (pick something pricier for a better relative bargain) and a menu of lilting seasonal nuance means its star simply keeps rising. Profligate ordering is smart but always get the fritters.
